Neck, Shoulder Upper Back Pain:
Pain in the neck, the top of the shoulders or between
the shoulder blades is a common and distressing problem. You may be
suffering from this type of pain and not know what to do. Obviously,
if your neck, shoulder or upper back pain was caused by an accident
or injury, you need to be evaluated by Dr Marks right away to make

If your neck, upper back or shoulder pain came out of nowhere, which
is common, try taking a hot shower and squeezing your shoulder
blades together behind you. Squeeze tight for 10 secs then release.
Repeat 5-10 times. Follow with an ice pack for 10 mins.
