Sorry to lead you on, but I'm totally serious here...
White bread
and his pals white crackers, bagels, pasta and rice are all losers! They fill you
up temporarily, but it's all empty calories. There's really no good that
comes from highly processed white flour foods.
Interested
in controlling your weight? You can count on losing several pounds very
quickly by eliminating these losers from your life. Kick 'em to the curb
now! You deserve better.
Fine, but
you're afraid of being lonely. You want someone to hang out with. Someone
who makes you feel good. Someone exciting like Mr. white Bread...
It's time
to grow up... it's time to get real and realize that although Mr. White
bread is oh so smooth and mouth watering, the guy you've been neglecting
because he's got lumps and bumps and not quite as exciting looking or
smooth, will make you happier in the long run.
A Change of Taste
Give Mr.
Whole Grain a try. Nothing big, no long-term commitment. Maybe just a
quick lunch. But, I'm sure once you give him a try, you'll be surprised
how your tastes change and how happy you'll be.
Why Mr. Whole Grain?
Fills you
up... with good nutrients and long lasting energy. Even when he's not
around, you're still energized by him.
You become
your own person. If he's not right there, you're okay. You're not moody
and you don't crash because his impact on you lasts.
He likes to
experiment... try him with a little brush of olive oil, or melt some low
fat mozzarella over him...he sizzles! And you can just imagine what he's
like drizzled with warm honey!
He's
strong... you can load him up with heavy topics like smoked turkey and
gouda or tomato and lean roast beef and he won't wilt.
Your mom
will like him... she always wanted you to end up with him anyway. But hey,
she was young once and she remembers when she was attracted to Mr. White
Bread too.
Please give
this some thought and share it with your girlfriends and family. Save them
from Mr. White Bread.
